A 26 years old female presented with swelling in front of the neck for 1year and was diagnosed to be a case of Multinodular goiter (multiple nodules over thyroid swelling) after investigations. Since the patient was concerned about the scar and its impact on her personal life we opted for Endoscopic Trans-axillary breast approach Hemithyroidectomy which conferred a hidden minimal scar for the patient.
