E BOSS 2018

Endoscopic Base Of Skull Surgery International 2018 was conducted in MS Ramaiah Advanced Learning Centre, Bangalore on 12th and 13th of May 2018. The course president was Dr Satish Nair, Professor and Senior Comsultant of ENT-HNS, Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore. The chairman was Dr Narayanan Janakiram, the managing director of Royal Pearl Hospital, Trichy.

On 12th, May, there was lectures on Priciples of skull base surgery, pituitary surgery, craniopharyngioma surgery, suprasellar lesions, and reconstructive options in skull base surgery by Dr Narayanan Janakiram. A lecture on CSF leak repair was done by Dr HK Kusheen Dutt. In the afternoon, there was demonstration of cadaveric dissection videos and other surgical videos of skull base surgery. There was a long question and answer session after then.

In the second day, participants were doing the cadaveric dissection which was monitored and directed by Dr Janakiram.
